Biografía

Arturo Vázquez Rodríguez holds a degree in English Studies from the Universitat de València (2013), also going on to complete a Master’s Degree in Creative and Humanistic Translation in 2014 at the same university. A year later, he enrolled on a PhD programme, obtaining his doctorate in 2018 with his thesis entitled Translation errors in video game localisation: a comparative study between indie and non-indie video games, supervised by Dr Juan José Martínez Sierra. Arturo has already worked for two of the top ten technology and language service providers in the industry as a Localisation Engineer and he continues to do so from Madrid, where he is currently based.
